Don’t over-consume all of the sales methodologies, strategies, and content on the web.

The most important thing I’ve ever learned in sales is to focus on one strategy a week: and absolutely nail that strategy. Whether it’s openings, voicemails, situational questions, problem questions, presenting next steps, kicking a bad habit, developing a good new habit etc.

If you don’t nail what you are working on the first week, do not move on to the next thing until you have nailed it. Consume everything you can about the specific strategy you are focusing on that week.

Read, Practice, Review, Read, Practice, Review. Repeat.

52 weeks in a year. 52 things you can absolutely nail, if you are dead focused on 1 sales strategy each week.
